Sauteed in olive oil, garlic, red pepper flake and served with dairy free, nut free pesto

Vegan Pea Bruschetta
Peas sauteed with onion and garlic on top of our GF bread spread with cashew garlic cream and finished with a reduced balsamic drizzle

Soup Course

Chicken Noodle
Chicken, Celery, Onion, Parsley

Creamy Potato (Vegan)
Potato, Celery, Onion, Coconut Milk

Salad Course

Beet Salad (Vegan no cheese)
Roasted red beets, onion, red wine vinaigrette topped with sheep and goat feta

Panzanella (Vegan)
Toasted GF bread, cucumber, onion, tomato, garlic, basil, thyme, olive oil, balsamic vinegar

Entree Course

Bacon Wrapped Organic Heirloom Turkey with Sausage Stuffing
Garlic potato mash, gravy, sauteed vegetables
Mediterranean Chicken
Artichoke, kalamata olives, mushroom, capers, tomato, onion, garlic, parsley, goat & sheep feta served with garlic potato mash and sauteed vegetables
Braised Lamb Shank
Marinated lamb shank slowly braised in red wine, rosemary, tomato, carrot served with garlic potato mash and sauteed seasonal vegetables
Stuffed Acorn Squash (Vegan)
Roasted Broccoli, carrot cabbage, zucchini, mushrrom, onion, garlic, tomato vegetable medly topped with house Marinara and served with garlic potato mash
